OT: They probably won't have a Thanksgiving event since the server is in Toronto and Canada has Thanksgiving in October. Im guessing there will be a November patch to get rid of the Halloween stuff though. -
No staff members can tell you when the patch will be, or what will be in it. There have been monthly patches [except for the delayed patch of August 2010] in the past. Hopefully, there will be another.
Staff members will keep you updated in the Cross Fire Announcements forum. -

Yh but it's more annoying to get comments by the big forumers saying "have patience". Obviously there were some questions coming here and i didnt know about Thanksgiving patch so thats good right? dont click these threads if you're not interessted. easiest for everyone right? If you're not interessted you should not comment me either, yting to iprove your posts? .. -

As far as I can see, the only question was if there was going to be a November patch, or would we have to wait until December.

Yeah, but give me an answer. As Rorzer said. they rarely say anything until a week before.

The answer is, we don't know. Anything else is an opinionated guess. I'm giving you a realistic and an intelligent answer. Opinions are alright, but when facts are needed, guesses don't cut it. Saying "maybe next week" is the same thing as saying "sometime in the future".
"Be patient" is the equivalent of saying that it will come. I'm thinking that you are using a translator or English isn't your native tongue , because some of your grammar is off. We're telling you that patience is a virtue. Rushing to get things is just terrible. Look at Z8Games. They rushed a patch, and there were bugs. I'd rather them take a long time, and release a perfect patch with no bugs and game fixes, than a rushed patch with a whole bunch of new content and a whole bunch of bugs which will evidently get more players such as you, who enjoy getting things in a hurry, making threads in the Support forum and posting hate on the Barracks. Trust me, I've been here for many patches, and I know this community and the players' characteristics. -

No one knows what the patch will be, that's why everyone says "Be patient and wait". Only a fool would say "Next patch will be December and we will get Barrett", because he has no evidence of it.
Thats what happened a few patches ago, Saidin's account had M4-C-C and AN-94 so everyone was saying that we will get those 2 weapons, but then the patch came and none of the weapons came. We got Winchester-S and RPK-Gold and many people remained disappointed because they all wanted the AN-94.
That's why its better so say "Be Patient" rather than creating false hopes in people. No one knows when the patch will be, all you can do is read the announcements and wait for it. -

Nobody Knows When The Patch Will Be. The GM's Do But They Will Never Tell You.
Wait for it and Be PATIENT.
(There might be delays, the Xmas patch might be in middle of January, so you can't tell when the patch will be. Usually its Once a month so next one SHOULD be around the end of this Month. Happy?:p) -

FYI we did do an event for Canadian Thanksgiving, although there was no patch attached with it.
Last year there was stuff that involved American Thanksgiving going on in game etc. We always try to be coy about patches in the past, mostly on purpose, sometimes because the schedules aren't firmed up that much in advance.
I see no reason why we would be any different going forward. -

Also, it's become clear to me that you don't do holiday events that have to do with religion [with the obvious holiday, Easter and excluding Christmas]. Are there any plans or ideas to add things that are socially accepted, such as bunny ears, egg grenades, and chocolate related items? It's good revenue for the game. -

Right, i understand you. And my english is not the best since im from Sweden and havent posted as many posts as you have. Sorry for that. And i certanily dont want Z8 to rush throught this patch. I'd hate that. But, pickl3 ask, will there be any patch before christmas. nothing else. He dont want anyone to rush throught anything. Hes not asking which wepaons and maps that we can expect, just asking when, if anybody knows, the newest patch could be expected. hope you answer because this is fun. -

Well it's a bit disjointed, but the bunny ears and backpack are already in the game hah.
Easter Eggs and Easter events aren't out of the question.
Christmas is obviously widely accepted and lots of people have time off to enjoy their holidays and hopefully enjoy some Cross Fire! So we'll be doing plenty around then too!
