you cant. this is the maximum level.
you cant change guns, you cant shoot. You can although run like hell with a weapon in hand, wich makes marathons around the map pretty fun even though impossible due to the fact that when it spikes to 5500+ i get suicided right away lol. This is level 99 of crossfire. Im taking the league now

Sorry but I seen someone with 65k ping before, he was using dial-up and don't know how he got to play -

Just kidding, it's probably possible. You can achieve unlimited ping in reality, just unplug your internet. If you did not D/C from the game when your internet went out, it would probably keep going up and border at a very high number.
