Antivirus block crossfire.

I installed crossfire and when i run it, the window doesnt popup but the task manager show the process are running (crossfire.exe,xtrap.xt,hgwc.exe) then i turned off my anti virus it works perfectly..Now my problem is even i put crossfire in trusted app my antivirus (Pc Tool Internet Security) still blocking it.Can someone help me please. Thanks
