ive finally rank up to staff sergeant and i have 85k gp which gun should i buy?
i currently have m4a1, usp and the starter weapons

Essential weapons are indeed AWM, Deagle. You already have a good/decent main (M4).
Worth considering are M12 (yes the noobgun but excellent for Egypt) and perhaps a shotgun ( great for GM)
