While it may sound good, black isn't the best color for a wall, and grey/silver paint looks horrible tbh.
If you paint you room black, it will feel smaller/cramped, and will be harder to light appropriately. This will result in a room that will not feel comfortable. I would recommend you keep the color scheme you like, but go with white walls with black/silver accents, and black or dark furniture. You'd also want to keep your fabrics light, so I'd recommend silver with black accents. -

I took 2 years of interior decorating as part of my architecture curriculum (optional course). Suffice to say I was one of 3 guys in a class of 25 gurls
And having a nice room is definitely a good first impression for the ladies

yes, on all of the above! i like valuable/old furniture. -
