Hi guys.
I have a problem with my account.
First, i would say that i've never used hack, i swear this.
Nevertheless this, i had a ban for a week last week, and now i am just get unblocked.
Support said me that there is a programm that Xtrap think that is a hack of Crossfire.
I repeat, i've never used hack, so i don't know what is this programm, how can i find it and delete this to play on Crossfire quietly? I did a scan with my antivirus, with my anti-spybot, and with my CCleaner, that's enough?

The game would never ban you if you are legit get rid of your hacks in game people may be stupid but were not

Obviously i'm not kidding, if not i've never write this in the CF forum

I have sent a support ticket yet, and they answered me that thay can't help me.

Did i mention Glitching, being racsist, bad name, etc. is a bannable offense?
if u got caught hacking its your problem
still send in a support ticket asking for proof

I've said that i've never used hacks, so i've never used hacks.
I would send another ticket...
