I can't buy ZP with paypal?

Hi, I made a new crossfire account today and i wanted to buy ZP on it. I logged in, clicked deposit, selected paypal, and selected my amount of ZP i wanted and when i did that it says i have to be lvl 21 in any rpg OR lvl 6 in crossfire. Its strange because i've seen trainess/privates/private first class buy ZP before but i cant! my rank is trainee 2. Please help!

You need to be Sergeant to buy zp. (I belive)

You can do surveys to get zp at trainee.
