Xbox live Gamertag Recovery...
I'm trying to recover my gamertag ( I Sold my xbox to my cousin, bought an Elite, and now trying to get it back)
I'm quite sure i've put in the Email and Password in right,
but for some reason it keeps saying
"This account is not valid"
I've just asked my cousin, and he hasn't deleted it so...
How can I recover it? Or what's the reason I can't? ^^
