Posting pictures

Okay im sorry if this is in the wrong category but... yea i have a problem how do you post pictures up here? I uploaded to imageshack and i did the [IMG URL [/IMG] as Smiley told me to... and it worked once.. then when i re try it.. it doesnt work and it still doesnt work..
