Resoulution Issues

Does anyone know why everytime i launch CF it changes the res to some weird thing, I took a ss and it looks like this: http://img140.imageshack.us/f/crossfirefail.png/


Basically my game just runs in a small box surounded by 2 black pillers and its annoying
I'm Currently Running on windows 7 ulti x64
My Graphic card is Nvidia GTX 465
