funny thing is: i speak german and english but understand nothing of what you just wrote sorry. don´t ever give out your userdata. Free ZP or the like do not exist.

english only on the forums, sorry. as you told me it was the account of a friend so at least two ppl knew the userdata. and this is exactly where the support ticked will be closed if you had created one. don´t share userdata ever. accounts don´t get hacked that easily.
