Hello my account was banned more than ever is back, but now I try to get normal and when I'm at the stage of the game the following error appears "disconnected due to incorrect mapinfo" and I would like to know what is happening. Thanks!

Oh I get that all the time bro. Log off your COMPUTER not CF.
Or just restart it. If the problem continues, wait a few hours and try again. If it's still fcked up just send a support ticket to Z8 which will probably redirect you to the Technical Support and Help page or something like that.

Someone I change the password on my account, I want to recover it when I send a message to the e-mail, the message does not arrive, I've looked everywhere, including the quarantine. Want to know how to retrieve my account, I've put 100,000 Z8Games, I have to prove to Paypal's account, please help me.

Since your last account got banned it won't make you dc everytime. I get this too, though I sit in clan server for 5 minutes everytime I log on to cf.
