moderators tolerate hackers?

hello report one month ago hacker high rank shoot through walls and nobody don"t take any measures against him, these players is an insult other players play fair, because the moderators don"t do nothing this game is overloaded of hackers and glitch

First of all, moderators are NOT responsible for issuing bans. GMs are.

If you've reported him, he'll get banned at some point. Just wait until support staff sees your report.

They should have in-game MOD's who can report players from in-game and the report gets sent to the Z8/G4 team immediately.

Forum MODs are kinda....(how can I say this and be kind)....useless. I mean 1~3 MODs are enough to close a couple of threads, there's no need for 10 MODs (Maybe less, maybe more) to take care of forums.

There are no hackers or glitchers on the forums, what this game needs is MODs/GM that spend a lot of time in game. They could get some TRUSTED players and make them in-game MODS.

Let me guess. You used the forum to report him, didn't you? And not the proper "Support" system, like you should have?

If you filed a proper report, proper actions will follow. If you mess up on your end, then you can't blame their end for not being able to do their job.

Moderators aren't online 24/7, NoobstarKB. They get sick, they need sleep, they even occasionally have something called a life. So no, 3 moderators wouldn't be enough to deal with the tons of spamming and trolling that never seems to end on this forum.

(Don't call me names, you surely where a lot maturer a couple of weeks ago. You've changed a lot. Your posts always make sense and are wise but now you just post tons of bs...especially in the last thread that we argued in.)

Every player is trusted to report hackers, glitchers and other forms of scum. But that doesn't mean they will, or even will do a proper job at it. Crying and kicking seems to be easier than playing out an unfair match, studying the hacker in question, and review your replay at the end to make sure he really was hacking. But some of us do it, rest assured. And many hackers have been banned because of them.

the game is INFECTED again
they patch once / month, or in best case twice / month
I know him (danliviu), as I am the leader of the clan -> and I know he sent the replay through the system, not on the forum; also we were in the same room with our ex-clan mates, 2 of them reported ALSO, also using the system

and yes - close the thread because it's against the rules, but seems like they tolerate it no? because now AGAIN there is full of them in the game

go see it yourself, this gets lame, it's like the mouse and the cat game

how long to have patience , i think never they b banned i make some report and nothing happen. if u work to much to banned hacker work less to make every 2 weeks a new patch and we have no hacker in game

I have the same question..

I reported some hacker before 1 month.
Then i saw them (seriously in a row^^) of game rooms, they are still not banned ??

How long can it take to notice and ban the hacker?

Support System is just flooded with some real hacks and alot of wrong stuff.
The administrators can`t conjure either, so it takes a while.

And threads like this won`t make the situation better.

Some times, it reports are not filed because there are not enough evidence to ban. It is almost like putting an innocent man in jail. The GM's have to be careful who to ban, or else they would be banning the wrong person.

Obviously you didn't read the thread in its entirety and just made random conclusions based on the first two replies.

As long as it takes. If bans are already filed, they will most likely not stack, and most hackers are banned within a day thanks to the automatic system.
