hello im new to this game and there is a few things i dont understand.
1 . im a sergeant 1 and am to hi level to play on rookie server (which is fine). well you tell me
i have to be lvl 6 to buy zp right? 9 yes) well here is the question why is it that im to high lvl to play on rookie server but to low to buy zp but there is guys running around with zp items on rookie server?????
2nd question why do you say i need to be lvl 6 and then list ranks
why not say what rank you have to be cause sergeant 1 is the 6th rank on your list
So what rank or how do i tell when lvl 6 is?

But you can't because your the one asking a simple question so here is pretty much a simple answer.
1.One player Rage quitting the game (Won't effect the Z8 Empire)
2.You can buy ZP from when you start with the Survey people
Earn Free ZP->Select one of the named survey providers->I used SuperRewards->SMS your phone and you can get like 36k ZP
3.Do surveys
4.Don't be a noob because someone more smarter than you told you to follow the rules which is kinda his job. -
hey drunk you must be drunk cause you didnt comprehend the question either like the moderator. cause i dont have rage i only started this game a few days ago and z8 is no empire ( blizzard ea sports tmx are empires) and im not doing surveys to try get free zp. i am a grown up with a job i can afford to buy them . tyhe problem is there zp is setup for metin with lvls not ranks
all i wanted to know was what rank i needed to buy, what seems like a easy question for a mod or even the support mail. but guess not 3 forum posts and 3 support mails and still no answer.i wont be quitting out of rage ill be quitting cause im spending more time who to spend my real money on this game than actually playing it. and as far as me being noob drunkjesus you or the mod dont seem to be smarter than me or 1 of the 2 of you would answer a simple question luike what rank i need to buy zp. i never try not to follow the rules like your post

Count the ranks. Rank 6 is the image I showed you. Rank up one more time and try again. It might meant you need to be higher. -

top line i do belive it says few. post only 1 of the questions i had in the post i belive the paragraph ends with the main question.
sorry for insulting you but getting repramanded fro bumping then only answered 1/3 of my few questions annoyed me after my mail to support was never answered then my posts then a drunk moron saying survey junk and basically saying dont cheat follow the rules turned into way to much drama all because i did want to spend money on your game -

I find it funny you find yourself even somewhat intelligent. But I'm not going to get in to that.
Giggletron, honestly, you should either close this, or find a way to ban this kid.
I'm pretty sure being rude and disrespectful to Staff, or anyone for that matter, is against the rules and TOS, both in-game and on the forums.
As for your question. He answered. It's honestly not his job to answer in the first place, he merely does what he can and helps clean things up and keep things civil on the forums.
As I said, he answered your question. The issue might have been on your money transfer if you used PayPal, bank account if you did more of a direct deposit, or there could be issues far beyond anyones control at this point in time.
Anyway, that might have been something you haven't thought of in your haste to blame everyone but yourself, and then throw a fit like an infant.

#1: The guys running around with zp items have done surveys, you can too if you like, if not then you must wait til you can buy zp.
#2: When trying to buy zp it does say you must be Level 6 which is unclear to which level you must actually be. I myself don't know either, so my suggestion to you is to continue trying each time you level up. The level needed might possibly be
STAFF SERGEANT 1 or STAFF SERGEANT 4 or even STAFF SERGEANT 6 (all just guesses) -
