Stuck on login screen

Hi finish updating the game with success but now the login screen just will not let me insert my data, the cursor is loading but nothing
Anyone know what's going on?

same thing with me, i reinstalled the game but it still gets stuck on login screen and its the same thing my cursor says its loading but just stays like that

1. Do you have other programs open in the background (i.e. limewire, xfire, skype)?
2. How long are you waiting before you close out the screen and try to restart it?
3. On the login box that comes up, in the bottom of the box, CF should list the steps it is going through before the login fields become available - which step, if any, is Crossfire stopping on before it freezes up?

1.I don't have any programs running and i disabled my antivirus program(didn't work)
2.I just left it loading for like 10 minutes and it was still the same
3.On the bottom left there is nothing there it just stays loading at the login screen and i exit by task manager,because it says that its not responding.
o and I thought something was wrong with the game so i reinstalled it(didn't help)
