I donno...need help

Well I'm sure there is something for windows 7...lol ok I installed recently win7 and
now I have major mega lag issues, set the compatiblity and opened up the ports and
firewalls settings. Any help is appreciatated thank you.

I get massive lag issues I'm going from 34 ping to 3000... is there anything else that may need to be done, I opened up firewall and ports but no change I need help and all ideas would be helpful.
