No ZP Rewarded?

Hey, I got no ZP from Sometrics after 5 hours, I have a screenshot and it hasn't came for 5 hours il try tomrow but for now i can't even make a report a problem cause it says completed heres the screenie It shows 381 zp cause i spent the 2,5k that i had before these. I spent the 2,500 and had 300 left Im suposed to have 6k or something but nada
