Ok z8 not meaning to be a b1tch and all but can you check my support ticket? i sent it in on Sunday and its Wednesday all the info is there to get my main back and when i call g4 box no one ever answers. You guys need to work on your support. You also make it so dam hard to get your account back when you have pictures of your self playing with it, you also have the same dam ip address as your main and also when you know the secret answer but your email doesn't work cuz it doesn't exist anymore. So Thank you for all that you've done.

    show yourself playing with it is not a proof, its mean the scammer can show his self playing on your account and that will count as a proof that its his account?

    We don't pay for customer support. In fact, some of us don't pay to play this game at all. For those of us that do pay, the money goes to maintaining and developing the actual game. They do have not have very much money outside of this to hire an ample amount of staff. They are not obligated to respond to you. I don't understand why you are blaming z8's customer support when it was you that originally caused the problem. Instead of griping about how important your account is and how much you want it back, why don't you take the responsibility for your actions. Next time don't lose your password or account information and/or don't give it to other people.
