Is CF better played on high or low tex?

Title pretty much says it all.

What are the main diffs between the high and the low tex?

It's better with high ones, but it takes more FPS to use them.

I get 100-200 fps with everything maxed out
maybe like 10 more with it on low

I have 10 FPS with everything at the max. With everything at the lowest i've got 20/25. That changes a lot.

Dot uses Circle, ewwwwww.

800x600 is all you need to know, makes it feel much easier to rifle and then when you got used to your rifle, go back to the higher res.

The biggest difference I notice is the lighting, which is important for me when grabbing the textures I only want the base color unchanged by lighting. Unless someone could tell me where to get them without taking screen shots lol.
