So i didn't recieve my wide grenade, mtation spray, or mutation pack from the mutation week. Yesterday i done around 20 games, anyone can tell me why i didn't get my items or if i have to go somewhere to get them. Thanks in advance
The same thing happened to me. I thought I didn't play enough games, but after an estimated 15-20 games I have nothing.

Seems I'm not the only one. I know I played more than 10 games, and we did 6 people or more just to make sure it complied even with mission requirements before it was even noted. I counted each of those painstaking public games to make bloody well damn sure.
I'm hoping its just a delay in the system. -

would be nice for clarification to know exactly what games qualify.for example do we need to be there from beginning of the game or when game finishes with a certain amount of players to qualify.i ask this because tommorrow if you want prizes must play 25 games.its a shame there is no in game counter then it would avoid all complications.like in daily missions.i mean if i spend 6 or 7 hours playing tomorrow with no way of knowing which games counted i would be quite disappointed.by the way i also counted that i played 13 games yesterday and i had no way of knowing if qualified or not(turned out not).please saidin could you kindly clarify these points as i am sure many people tomorrow will feel bitter if missing out after so many hours of gameplay. -

I'm still missing the reward, I played 11 games with 14+ players on each. I'm still waiting for the gift otherwise I will make a new thread/PM Saidin. -

Its wierd isn't it? I played 10 with my clanmates, 6 in pubs. More than enough, and we made sure to have 6 each. Unless there was some other rule where it had to be 17 rounds or something, we complied with all the requirements.
I doubt what Saidin said is entirely true that all have been already handed out. Because otherwise the system once again fails? I think we know how to count being able to come from college and so fourth eh? -

All the prizes have been given out. If you didn't get the prize it means you didn't play in games that qualified. -
Me and my Dad both played in over ten games (we counted and wrote each game down), it tiook along time and the rooms were usually full. Most were nine rounds. Received nothing. If we had to play ten games at maximum rounds -it would probably take about 6 hours? Maybe the supply lines were cut by the enemy. BUt we need those nades so we can blow up stuff.

Maybe they could have been a little more elaborate on how exactly we would be rewarded IE "You need to play 10 full matches to get the reward."
I played a few full games but the rest had a few rounds left. -

Don't see why that wouldn't work, as it would still work for missions and so forth. Which is what they are basing their system off of from what I hear.
Chances are they fouled up either informing us of something, or their system skipped alot/had limited give outs.
This turn out has made me dislike the MM week events that I had looked forward to however. -

Some have already gotten their rewards. Thats the problem. If no one got it, it would make sense they were simply slow. But for some of us to get it and some of us not to seems a bit odd. -
