Lancement CF / Game Starting

Lorsque je lance le jeu, premièrement, avec la page avec le menu "start game", "new account", "exit" sur la droite.
Je clique sur "start the game", le chargement auto patch se fais, HGW game watcher analyse jusqu'à 100% sans problème, mais après ça, rien ne se passe, le jeu ne démarre pas.
Et même si je répète l'opération, rien ne se passe.
Pourquoi ?
PS : Ce problème est présent depuis le patch d'Halloween.
