Earn vote kick rights
What about having to earn vote kick rights by watching videos of skill players and hackers then having to answer a quiz as to who is actually hacking?
By answering the majority of a quiz correctly they get the right to vote kick.
There could also be just questions such as:
Is a low ping hack?
Would you kick a low pinger?
You could have many things in the replays such as amazing scores, high kill streaks etc etc to confuse idiots that think 20/2 or an unbreakable is hacking.
Obviously Z8 can't implement this but if there is ever a discussion about kick vote at a higher level then maybe this and other ideas can be passed along.
I'm just throwing the idea out there.

Nice idea there.
Follow a course, take the test, ... passed or failed... enable kick or not for the player.
(looks like going back to school session ;-)
But this has some limitation.
There will be fast a the answers of the test on google, and then you just need to copy paste...
Or you do the test 5 times till you passed, etc... -

Randomly served questions and videos taken from a large selection of skill/hack player videos.
And allow only 1 test per month to be taken and if you pass you get kick voting rights for 3 months. -

Anyway, a questionnaire (to earn vote kick rights) and/or a guide explaining basic stuff such as ping (lower = better), fps (frames per second, more frames = better), using sound to locate enemies (headphones) would definitely help the new players. At the end of the day I don’t think doing all this would help that much because most players will still end up emo kicking. He owned me, I rage, I will scream and F11 him.
Another suggestion: Unranked server with no vote kicking.
Just give us more options. Game ranked? Vote kick? No vote kick? Host moderator?
If a game is unranked and a real hacker (speed/1shotkill/aimbot) joins we can leave without a penalty. The real hackers won’t gain anything much (exp/gp) so they would not really be interested in farming us. The good players can own like there’s no tomorrow and the whiny noobs can rage quit instead of kicking their superiors.
If we have an unranked server, we can just play for the fps element of the game (and not the mmo). Therefore noobs would have nothing to gain by kicking the Ace and so on. -
Nice idea. But the problem is, it would be abused. The brs would get the from the internet and copy paste. But, if they made the quizzes random, it would destroy any real chance they might have at guessing the answers.

It's no secret the game client is hacked as there is a kick vote for "illegal program", and as far as seeing an hacker in a video theres no difference to seeing one in game.
But yea I see your reasoning.
Screen shots of scores might be a better idea, like Ace is 44/4 and ask: "Can you tell from the screenshot provided if any of the players merit a kick?" this would catch a lot out as you would be surprised at how many people just look at scores to determine whether someone is hacking or not. -

No, Just no. What if your out of kick votes to kick a obvious hacker they end up staying because all the other noobs who got a question in your ''Quiz'' thingy wrong can't kick. Also What if they are abusing you? Sure theres report but after the game you usually forget about it and yes then it is forgive and forget it's just a game, but sometimes it causes people to RQ (Rage quit) And it loses Xp and Gp idk but personally i say No. -

I think you missed an important sentence which was:
"By answering the majority of a quiz correctly they get the right to vote kick".
If they can't do that then they have no right nor need to kick, that's a fact.
A part from that there really is no need for kick vote I don't even participate in the ret@rded kicking that goes on, in anyway shape or form, I'm like ugh the ret@rded kick vote is up again blocking my view.
