dissconnected from server

hey im getting dissconnected almost as soon as i log into a match and im not sure what the issue may be. i have vista 32 bit. I dont use an anti virus besides iobit advanced system care and security 360 but they are always turned off. I have cable from bright house and the router the company gave me says cisco on it but it didnt come with a manual. If there is any advice out there it would be greatly appreciated. Ive tried using the fixes thru the dissconnected due to incorrect map info but it doesnt seem to work and i dont know how to troubleshoot my router firewall.
