  • So there is no 'ban-list' now, correct? Or do they release one once a month or something.

I believe SubaGames had patches once a week, (it may have been a different game) hopefully XTrap decides to something along the lines of this.

Theres a banlist but its not public as they don't think we need to know who is banned. They want us in the dark.

What use is a public ban list? All it will do is create MORE headache. Examples:

    - Flame wars about this person being banned, or that person being banned.
    - People getting mad when they don't see a player show up on the list.
    - People getting mad in general just because there needs to be something to complain about.

I could go on. The fact is a public ban list would do more harm then good. They realized this. You would too if it was still public. They just took care of the problem before it became a problem.

Also, on the fact of [GM]Saidin's inbox being full - Did you notice that none of the GM's have private messages enabled? They all have "Click Here for Support" or "Send in a support ticket" in their signatures for a reason. Use it.
  • Thank you, Z8, for the last patch. Finally its possible to play again... The new webform reporting system seems to work well. The main reason why I created this topic was about ingnoring me. I have always reported following the rules. Either in the past (PMs to GMs) or in present (webform). Like I wrote before - Saidin got lot of my reports, he WAS responding, but after a while (while he still didnt have the blocked mail) I noticed no replays were downloaded... Saidin could have told me to not bother him...
Anyway, my mood is changing with every next cheater. I think I die cause of this game somewhen in the future. In reallife. :)
  • ya i agree, taking way to long to do things. friends has been waiting on a support ticket for a year now. if the banlist was still around, it would be empty
  • noop

  • Since May 2009 I have reported more than 60 cheaters.
    Last report 2 weeks ago.
2 of these 60 were banned (maybe).
Since 11th report Z8GAMES hasnt even downloaded any of my uploaded replays with cheaters (according to Megaupload statistics).
Some of reported cheaters I still meet in game laughing at me.
In last 2 hours I have met two aimbotters. (One of them "*-Schwamm-* has score 61:1 at the end of Castle SD. Opposite team hasnt voted him even once...).
Z8GAMES support keeps telling me: "Thanks for reporting. Thanks for your patience. We are working on anticheating improvements...". But they do nothing. Yea, we have new US server...
So, I want to thank you, Z8GAMES. Thank you for nice gameplay you are supporting. I will never report again. I will never trust you again.

all they want is money for them its money only *** the crossfire community and its players ior should i say payers

rofl i reported plenty using that and they obviously hak but yet no bans fail report system ey?

Completely untrue. Ive seen a 46 people banned in a night for cheating. How do you explain that?

Any reports before the new webform (as with this thread) have been lost and should be resubmitted.

Since this was a necropost and NOONE has input anything intelligent, Im closing it.
  • giggle i agree they ban once in a while but they never ban the obvious haker.s ive reported one dude 3 times with more than 1 replay attached and still nothing
  • FGS... why dont threads ever close for me.

The bast webform that was used to report hackers wasnt very good and often led to false reports or incorrect reports. The new webform forces you to enter the minimum amount of info the ban a player.. like I said... any reports should be resubmitted.
