Encourage knifing in sniper matches!
Dear CF developer team,
please do something which explicitely encourages knifing in a sniper match! Like a new badge requirement for sniper/assassin/elite: 500 kills with a knife in a sniper match. I'm annoyed of getting kicked out of many sniper matches just for using an absolutely legit tactic: knifing!
No, i'm not one of those players who knife just because they can't or don't want afford a sniper rifle and only have the M700: My sniper weapon is the DSR-1, and I need only another 8k GP to get the AWM. And no, i'm not one of those players who knife because they have one of those premium melee weapons: I neither use a shovel nor a Katana nor even an axe, just my KNIFE! Knifing is one of my favourite tactics in a sniper match, and that's not because I suck with a sniper.
Many players think that knifing in a sniper match is for noobs, and that a sniper match is for sniping only. This is not true! It would be easy for the developers to disable knifing there, but they don't do it. Why? Because it's absolutely legit and rather makes you a pro than a noob. Don't forget: A sniper rifle has a 1-2 hit kill with unlimited range, a melee weapon has usually an up to 4 hit kill (knife) or a 1-2 hit kill (ZP weapons), but with a very limited range of only a few steps! So, if you get killed by someone with a simple knife, and he needs to hit you approx. 3 times (slashing) or 2 times (stabbing) from a very short distance, while you carry a large and dangerous sniper gun, which has a 1 hit kill with no range limit, this clearly shows who of you both is the noob. Small hint: It's not the knifer! It shows that you didn't look back and around you often enough, and also that your reactions are too slow and inaccurate to either kill the knifer with a quickscope or a noscope or to pull out your melee weapon and knife back! Avoiding to get hit by a sniper and then managing to kill him with a weaker weapon than the gun of the sniper requires a lot of skill, and definitely doesn't makes you a noob! So please stop QQing about knifers and sniper matches and start working on your skills to be able defending yourself from a knife attack in a sniper match!

Dude, it's called a >> SNIPER MATCH << For a reason, to sniper, not for some noob like you to freaking rush our base and stab us in our back. Luckily I have headphones and I can hear knifers, but many people don't, and your tactic is just cheap and sniper mtaches.

Hmm, do you know that I don't knife only in Prison? Especially in Egypt, Monaco and in FFAs the only possible way to knife is a frontal attack, and it's amazing how successful it is. Knifing is not a cheap tactic, it's one of the most pro tactics. -

they put the knife in there so u can move faster... wouldnt want to waste all your timing moving super slow with those heavy guns would you? and honestly knifing in a snipe match isnt a big deal if say someone charges u and yall are in like those middle rooms on the side of prison.. but if all u do is rush their spawn and start spamming your left button then your bound to get kicked..

Doesn't matter if you knife or not, anyone with more than a 3 KDR in Prison is auto assumed a hacker, epsecially if they don't speak BR (Yes I know its portugese, just trying to make a point). I get kicked from nearly every Prison game I go to, unless I come in the middle. I find myself trying to kick people to stop be from getting kicked (especially at last 10 kills or last 45 seconds) to prevent myself from getting kicked.

I never really mind knifers in sniper matches, if you're getting knifed a lot you probably suck 'cause this person is right, it's usually pretty easy to kill ret.arded knifers.
The thing is though that the snipers are incredibly innaccurate no-scoped and don't have a crosshair. Both of which are unrealistic, it's not hard to hip or shoulder fire any weapons without aiming and with the Dragunov which has a side-mounted scope you can aim just fine in a pinch.
Just make the crosshair and spray a little bit bigger on the rifles so that long range you probably won't hit anything (but still have a meager possibility to) but within like 10m it's gonna be pretty easy to shoot people no-scoped. Except the Drag which could have a regular crosshair and it's RoF amped up to be in line with the Deagle. -

If they are so pro tactics why are you only knifing noobs in sniper matches?

Go knife to a regular tdm match and leave the snipers alone.
I would'nt care a rats ass about knifers in general but
its the distraction that the knifers make, i usually get killed by another sniper when a knifer attacks me and that ****es me off.
Besides i smell that you're fat, go run a few miles before you open crossfire in the morning. -

The people who knife is the people dont have skills on sniping and using a knife to abuse the fken rules.
I can kill a knifer one shot with M700 but knifer like you really make the game bad.Like knifing a guy on the back when he is sniping,its totally not fair.Thats why its called a SNIPER MATCH ,noob!!
