are the cheaters back?
I noticed this weekend, one guy had a cheat that let him walk into boxes, (escape ship) I have the reply I just have to make the time to turn it in, but I also noticed some people getting a higher than average number of head shots, maybe just bad luck, or they have lots of luck.
anyway just wondering if anyone else has noticed some strange things going on. While it was great while it lasted we all know the cheaters will find ways around the patches, it's just a matter of time.
I'm not downing the game or anything, I think they do a really good job of patching and keeping out the cheaters, every game has them and they always will.

These are glitches in the map that some players exploit. They aren't using an external program to cheat, but it is definitely cheating as it takes away the opportunity to win a fair game. I've seen this more often in mutation, mostly because you can't vote kick there. You have to wait for the match to end before the room host can remove the player from the room.

I really hate these threads. If someone gets a bunch of headshots, they automatically cheat and need to be reported on the forums....
who got reported? what names where mentioned?
well when it's 4 or 5 in a row, consistantly, every round, it does make one paranoid considering there ARE and HAVE been cheats for that purpose. I've played for a while now, and have played a lot of games, it just seemed more than the norm, could be just a coincidence. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I won't stop playing or anything it's just nice to know is all I guess. -
Those r not glitchers ,he talking abouy, its a hack. I saw one too, he can running into any wall or box or behind a rock... I am 100% sure not glitching, glitch requeir a little jump n crouch walk, but this thing i Saw , he just run from wall to wall,box to box...

I'm saying you have to report the fact that someone can actually headshot on an easy game because you think they hack. -
I played GM yesterday and noticed that all the players on BL side were invisible when they don`t walk .
And when I kill them they call me hack and want me to be kicked :mad:
They say " how could you kill me while I am not moving? "
Well , as I am a nice guy in game , I asked them to move next time they see me come ." like this I won`t kill them while they are still.:p
May be I am one of those hac-kers still playing after the patch !!!!!!:eek: -
Occasionally an unstable connection will result in a player appearing to have no clipping or similar effect that lets them go into solid objects. This is not a hack, just a glitch. While annoying, there isn't much we can do about it. The player in question generally doesn't even realize it's happening. As for the headshots, out of 61 kills I got in a single TDM yesterday, 52 of them were headshots and 7 of them were grenade kills. There are people who can simply get headshots, and lots of them. If you're suspicious, watch a replay of the player. It should be pretty easy to tell the difference between an aimbot and a good shot in most cases.

Fail... obviously your just cra.p at games and like to whine about people owning you so please drop your weapons and leave the room

True... but ive seen this in SnD in Sub but i think there can be a 3rd party program that can let you do that right? I've seen it before quite alot in the past and im just saying that there could be.... -

I think you are confused, I'm reporting the person who can run in and out of boxes, containers etc etc. NOT the box glitch that has been around forever, this is totally different.
he would run into one of the containers on the ship map and shoot people, this was on purpose, no mistake, he got kicked then re-enterted the game with the same name except it had the #1 after it. -
