item confirmation?

Yeah, I bought a BM Crate (halloween fun) and when I spun it, it said item confirmation failed. And I got. The pumpkin thign too ): I even restarted cf, but no dice. Halp?

I think it's because there's alot of people buying that crate. I got the same problems I have 5crates for Halloween that I can't spin.

its cuz u won gun mags which should only be available to staff sergeants and up and ur a sergeant thats why
dont open the halloween crates till after u r staff
