If he's having the same problem I had about 3 days ago then it's a legitimate problem. When I was buying zp crates, a side item I got was an awm camo so I put it in my 3rd bag. When I went into a game and selected that bag, the gun was visible on the bag window but when I equiped or selected that bag, the gun wasn't there. It went straight to my knife. Thankfully a couple days later it appeared and started letting me use it but the point is the game shouldn't function this way or wasn't intended to.

Yes, if you are having this problem try re-logging a couple times.

I had the same thing with my Beretta, it was showing in my storage but not while I was playing...
