A difficult to abuse Trade system,
Trading weapons in Crossfire seems like a commonly suggested system. So I decided to try and form a somewhat foolproof system to trade weapons.
1: First only weapons purchased with an equal currency may be traded. Coupons for coupons, zp for zp etc, now with this, only PERMENANT weapons may be traded.
2. If your trading a gp weapon for a gp weapon and the price of one weapon is > than the price of the second the weapon that was more expensive will be damaged to the equal price of the difference of the more expensive weapon. For example, an AWM is 56000 gp, a DSR is 68000, I trade person X a AWM for his dsr, I recieve the awm with 12000 gp worth of damage on it.
3. For a coupon weapon the damage taken is at a ratio of 1000 gp per coupon. This equates to a lot of gp worth of damage, but if you've opened enough crates to have enough coupons for permenant coupon weapons you should have enough gp for the repair bill, not only that it's the only way I can think of to prevent abuse.
4. As for crate guns, only gp crates can be traded for gp crates, vice versa for ZP.
5. BP weapons are BP weapons, just trade em
As for a gift system (thanks L0L)
You must be Master Sargeant or higher
Allowed to gift only one a week
You must be gifting online people. Meaning that both people have to be online for this to work. If you want to gift something with someone but he isn't online, you cant.
/discuss and try and break my system, give an example with all the steps you would take.

That wouldn't work, Let's say I make a new account and give my main a m4 for 1 gp then resell it for like 15k. See the problem? -
But what if some friends have a duplicated and want to give it to you for free?
You cant with this method
Diz r me suggestions...:O
You must be Master Sargeant or higher
Allowed to trade only twice a week
You must wait for a day between trades
You must be trading at the same time. Meaning that people have to be online for this to work. If you want to trade something with someone but he isn't online, you cant. -

That could be a "gift" function instead of a trade system. Once per week, and the rest would be fine. -

I'll edit it to include your ideas.nooooookie wrote: »Ya i want this, there's some Players that have more then 1 m4a1 Silver or Ak :P they could win some extra zp by doing that. I agree with this since some FPS games have Gift Weapons but im not sure if is permanent
i think not.
I'll add in a BP section, and the gift would be extremely restricted.
