Need help buying new video card

Im buying a new video card but i don't know which one to buy!

My specs:

-Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
-Intel Celeron Processor 450
-Nvidia GeForce 7050 Integorated
-DVD Super Multi drive
-500 GB HDD
-3GB DDR2 memory
-Multi-in-one Digital Media Manager.

I get around 30-40 FPS.

What if i change the processor?
I have a Intel Pentium dual core, Do you think i can switch it to raise my FPS?

If you change processors make sure your motherboard can support it and make sure you know how. Your motherboard, probably won't support a pentium, but open up your comp and take a look at the mobo model or find your comp online and look up the specs.

If it's a Pentium Dual Core and not a Pentium D you should be fine, and yes this game is more CPU dependent than GPU. So an upgrade to that processor would help out a lot. As for GPUs anything from a 9600 GT and upwards will run this game at 90 FPS+ combined with a decent CPU. Check out http://www.newegg.com/ for some really cheap but nice GPUs

what if I use: Zotac GeForce 1GB PCI-E Video Card (GT220)
