Support Ticket!

Ok, so obv when i have a problem (that cant be answered in forums) you send a support ticket to z8games. And i had a problem and i sent the issue to them with the support ticket. After a week or so, when i logged into z8games, there was a little mail icon flashing. When i hovered my mouse over it said "Your supprot ticket has been replyed" so i clicked on it. This is the problem. All it showed was my problem. They sent me back what i sent them. And it said status, replied. all i could do was delete it. the reply wasnt there! what do i do?
