Getting lagg between 200-4k for 5 seconds

Today, I get a lot of lagg and keep getting disconnected from host. Normally my ping is around 19-30 but today it is around 200. When my ping is normal (19-30) sometimes it laggs for 5-10 seconds for no reason (Up to 200-8k). I live in the UK so I choose UK servers. Am running on Win7 and have wireless connection. I also use Game Booster 2.0 beta but it only makes a small differences. I think it is to do with my wireless connection because it didn't lagg when I had wired connection. I also tired other servers but it only made my ping go up.

Can you help me?
