Here are some tips

Dont make a rank requirement such as Staff Sgt+! it looks oo soo tacky just say no Alts if you dont want low ranks in your clan.
A name that is sweet and short to the point with out things like $iCk$ShoTz dont use $ it looks cheesy. Use # it looks sexy. Here is a name idea. #TeamCookies. i dunno if its taken or nawt. Team also im my opinion makes your team look more profesinal. An other name idea #SteroidzZz
