It doesnt work. XTrap will still detect it. Youll have to wait for a patch

There's a better solution, use playclaw.

It works for me, I did recorded some frags for my mixclip yesterday.
That was like 45 minutes with fraps on.

btw try to start fraps from the .exe in your instalation folder.

At my dad's pc it only works this way:

-Start cf
-login
-Go to a server/channel
-Go into storage
-Open the replay tab(if you record replays)
-Start fraps

X-Trap sometimes detects it from the start. Sometimes it doesn't detect it at all. Sometimes if you start CF before fraps it takes 5-10 minutes for X-trap to detect it. it's wierd.

Lol it was kinda annoying, I did this yesterday and in the middle of recording the error showed up and CF crashed >_<

worst part is I have gotten some nice shots in scrims and can't record them.

thx.. i had tried it already and didn't work.... I'll probably wait till next xtrap patch.
