cant start the game? plz help (new)

when i start up crossfire then click on the "start game" button a message pops up saying

run-time error '5':

Invalid procedure call or argument

after i click "ok" it just closes down the application
plz help i really want to get this fixed and play

wt.f do u ppl say ! do u ask us to close every thing that blocks our computer from viruses to play ! this is a shi.t & shi.t , if i gotta do that to play so i won't never do that

every patch must conatin a trojan , so every time they ask us to close our anti virus so they can steal our info very easy . FAIL

Go to your 'Control Panel', then to 'Security Center', then under 'Malware Protection', there'll be the option to turn off Windows Defender.

Remember though, whenever you're not using CrossFire, turn Defender back on.
