2. Great Game Sense, Experience, Knowledge
3. Vent and A Mic
4. North American/ Canadian
5. Great (((TEAM))) Player and Is Willing To Take Time For Practices, Walk throughs, etc... etc...

So because I kicked over half the clan like 8 members, and that I have 3 LTs? LTs help me run the team, and recruit when I'm not on, I'm guessing your new to the competive side of CF? Most teams don't have them, but just because I have them doesn't mean anything different, anyways good luck.
