hmm...it happen to me sometimes too...but if they would remove kick voting we wouldn't be able to kick afk ppl or real hakers...
but a solution is to play with friends or clanmates so if some1 vote 4 kick you , they press f12
or play ffa and modes with no kick:D...or play normaly...not every1 kick you^^ -
Yea it's very annoying once I was in a complex gm and I was ace and there was like 2 rounds left and I was gr. I went onto the circular tube and jumped up and someone hit me and I got pushed so that I was stuck and the wall. Ten seconds later I fell to the bottom of the map. This was very funny at first and then someone on my team kicked me and of course the stupid noob ghost team kicks me. Stupid noobs need to know when to stfu and gtfo if they're getting pwned by gr. There aren't any hacks atm... well I'm pretty sure the VIP is on its way I play an Egypt game and these 2 gusy came in and they were hacking... but they were they for most of the game. Nobody kicked them once. That is because noobs abuse it and the vote system SHOULD be removed. The hacks should be too just sayin :P

I was going to make a new thread about this but won't now since there already is one apparently... the vote kicking system, as it is, may at some point convince me to stop playing the game. Just the vote kicking.
Let me tell you why: I got SCAR lights for 3 weeks from crates yesterday, as well as a permanent XM 8 advanced. Now when I go to the open servers, meaning the ones without rank restrictions, I tend to kick ass with either of them, especially in S&D which is also my favorite mode.
And I quickly noticed that kicking ass leads to getting kicked. It's happened 5 or 6 times now, every time when I'm the ace with few deaths, since I sometimes tend to win situations when all my teammates are killed and theres 4 or 5 enemies left, or just get 5 or 6 kills in 1 round. Someone starts saying I hack, soon another joins in, and sooner or later someone in my team is stupid enough to believe them or maybe just wants to lift himself to ace for the xp bonus in the end, a vote kick starts (about 10 games have gone till this phase so far after I got the SCAR and XM, but luckily the game isn't always full of jealous *****s) and in many cases I get kicked.
Just last game, downtown S&D, situation 12 to 4 for black list where I was, I was the ace leading by far with 27 kills and 10 deaths (I was also the only one who'd been in the game from the start I think) and then some idiot started a vote kick on me, maybe being jealous and thinking they could win that one round without me as well, and probly the whole GR team voted to kick me cause they couldn't take me on in combat.
And that happened in the last round.
Of a 13 round game.
As if this wasn't enough, I've noticed that after the last patch there are no hackers anymore, just the occasional lagger. Therefore, if an automatical kick for having an average ping over a certain value or for being afk for a sufficient time was implemented, the vote kick could be given up.
Right now the only thing the vote kick is good for is making you want to play something else, since you will get kicked whenever you're doing well - and who wants to stay crap the whole time on purpose?
(Last note: if you think I'm a noob basher going to open channels, think again cause Im only a staff serg 1st class)
EDIT: oh yeah, what I forgot to mention, you may even get kicked just for using a certain type of gun. Everyone says the m12s is a noob weapon (and Ive noticed any good weapon or equipment in any game is considered for noobs, makes you wonder why) and anyone using that will automatically have a 50% chance of getting kicked even if he isn't the ace. And it's not the only "noob" gun, I once got kicked eventhough I wasn't doing very well but I'd been using the SCAR all the time and then someone said Im a noob for using it, shortly after I got kicked. So in addition to making you want to give up the whole thing, the vote kick also limits the amount of weapons you can use.

Read my former post, before the last patch there was a hacker in every second game, after it I haven't seen a single one.

Yeah it can but you cant blame it just on CF and the kicking system.
My suggestions are
Dont count people that dont count as F12s.
No one can be kicked if they've been in the room for more than 5 rounds.
If you get kicked, you keep the kills, deaths, GP and EXP. Who cares if hackers keep them too...they're nerds.
Last...TEACH IT HOW TO COUNT. 9-6 denied...wtf? -
I have said this many times in my CF life. It's not the system, it's the players. There are very few decent players since out community is infested with fckin BRs the whole time. It's really dumb.. If the devs would make a private server, which is what we need, for players in the US, everything would be better. With noobs playing all the time and kicking people for no apparent reason, this game will continue to fail. Besides the official serious gaming. But who wants to play serious all the time? When I feel tired of scrimming, and I want to go and relax in a pub, I see these BRs going around saying JAJAJAJAJA or RACKER or something.. -_-

Yeah, keeping the kill stats and especially gp and xp would solve it for me and people in a similar situation at least... as to the counting system I find it just fine that 70% or whatever the limit is are needed, so there has to be more than 1 idiot on your own team as well if someone tries to kick you. But is there any chance of it really changing to how you propose it? -

I know that, sir, but I still do believe that the BRs are FAR worse than the US players. Ping wise, that is, and decenty wise. (Is that a word lol?) I'm saying that Z8 should ADD another private server for the americans. I think that would solve most of the problems we have about hacking and spamming.

I hate it once I was playing GM and I was the GR team. Every time I am on the GR team I turn on my headphones on full blast so I can hear the ghosst breathing. I shoot a lot of ghost and they called me a HACKER and wanted to kick me out. My team just wanted more EXP and GP if they are ace so they kick me out:( . I like the idea of if you are kicked you get the EXP,GP and other stuff.

Hackers don't need to be kicked, legit players need not to be kicked.
Most of the time the game is playable with a hacker or it's over very fast. They should be getting banned, there should be a permanent auto-ban solution to the hacking but they're not the biggest problem. They're actually kind of fun to fight sometimes.
The biggest problem is the vote kick, it ruins the game and is completely unnecessary. Did it really help with the last wave of hacks? Not really, no. People are too stupid to hack well so they get poor scores. Only people with good scores that can kill hackers get kicked because noobs only look at scores, not gameplay or ability.
