Woah, that ain't good
CrossFire is very CPU dependent, rather than GPU, so more Ram would certainly help (though the recommended is 512MB). You could always try updating your graphics card drivers.
Use GameBooster 2.0 to free up memory and increase processor power.

Oh and the only thing you can upgrade to help with your ping, would be the NetCard, though, that'll make barely any difference. The only way to lower ping, is to have a better internet connection, with higher upload/download speeds.

it would help and it would also make the game load alot faster, you could have more background programs open with 2gb vs 512mb, it also never hurts to have alot of ram, if you plan to game you should always have 4gb and up
