Help me Day 2

Hello, I'm sick and tired of getting the same error for two days now! I deleted fraps everywhere on my computer and still no luck. I reinstalled the game 6 times and no luck. Please can you guys help me, I have been playing this game for two years and this is the first time ever getting this damn error! Since I downloaded fraps to give it a try, the error came up.
