1) i dont have anything open LOL
i uninstalled cf and re installed it, i restarted my pc, any other ideas?

Run Game booster and turn off some background programs. There might be some programs conflicting with the files. Do this until the next X-Trap update. I hope this helps. Goodluck

Its Fraps. All of a sudden xtrap wont allow it, so no one can record.. for the time being.

Our guys get this if they do not turn off overlays in mumble etc..xtrap does not like overlays

2 Very likely reasons. Make sure there are no overlays running with Crossfire (XFire is Ok) and make sure Fraps isnt running.
If you dont have these programs running, Show us your process list.
