Servers

Okay I am in Texas and I use to get like 48 ping at lowest at all the Toronto servers and now I am getting 60s

Can you tell me why this happen or how to help it?

I think this is what I had

Before : (when no1 is ****ing with the internet)
Toronto servers : 48-55
West Coast : 50-55
Miami : 60-70

After : (when no1 is ****ing with the internet)
Toronto servers : 60-70
West Coast : 50-55
Miami : 70+
