Replays save failures

Help plox. When I save my replays to report of view the replay to see if someone is hacking, it doesn't save for me. Any ideas CF Community?

When I try to change the name of the replies and save it, it doesn't save after all. So, try to save the replays without renaming them? Might work.

If you add characters that you can't use in regular file names then It won't save. Save it as the default name at first, then rename it.
The characters you can't use are:
\ /:*?"<>|
