Looking for Good Clan with Vent and Active

Hey, I'm kinda searching for a really good clan with active members and ventrilo
I have been Leader before in a clan. And all the other clans I've been in I have been Lt.
So if i join a clan i would most likely need to be Lt. I am trustworthy and like to have fun. I'm 16 years old so i got to school and get on when I get home if I dont so any sports at the time. But I play everyday and need an active clan. I play GM and SnD. Pro at GM but dont want only GM clan. Pro at SnD but dont want only SnD clan. I am very good with thinking of strats for Scrims. So far i made strats that work at Black Widow, and Eagle Eyes.
