Australia Server

Hello all Crossfire Players. I was wondering:

I live in Australia and I lag in every single server available, with a ping of 180-400. Perhaps it is possible to ask for an "Australian" server to be made.

My friend also told me that there is going to be a New Zealand server coming soon, is this true? :D

    Currently no, its not possible.

    There are contractual issues with this.
    Of course the developers want money for a company to publish their game in a specific region.
    For some regions, for the publisher, its not a profitable deal. The licensing cost would simply exceed the expected revenue.


    I'm not saying this is the case for Australia though, I'm simply saying that we currently aren't licensed for Australia and have no information on if/when we might be.




    As far as I know there are no plans for a New Zealand server but things may change very quickly and its not like we (mods) are told everything.
