Part of the reason why so many cheat in CF is that its free and you won't get banned permently. If you wanted to you could probably wall and never get caught.

You CAN and most likely WILL get banned permanently for cheating. And just because this is a free to play game doesn't mean it is limited in cheat prevention. As far as I'm concerned, the hacking community has diminished significantly since the game started.

In regards the to types of hacks be used? Yes I would agree that a lot of types of hacks seem to be patched. Although it is clear that cheating is still an issue, although to be fair after the most recent update I have yet to run into a speed hacker.

IP bans are being handed out every day via the auto ban. You never mentioned IP bans before anyway, I thought you were talking about particular accounts.
And you are always going to have the presence of hackers, no matter what game it is. I would like you to name ONE big name computer game with zero hackers.

please show me the evidence of these bans. If you have inside access to a banned list it would be nice to see it, Without a banned list, you are just whistling in the dark. Until the game community can absolutely see that cheating will get you banned, then anything you have to say on this point is shear speculation. The Lack of absolute proof of banning for cheating is one of the big gripes long time players have. This is especially true when they see the same cheaters using new cheats each time a new batch comes out. So simply, you have no proof of anyone being banned for cheating.

hacks are like oxygen to this kind of people, if u know what i mean...
