keep getting d/c help!!!! plz

these days i've keep getting d/c for no reson and my internet connection is fine
sumtimes it says hack tool has been detechted, but i know i dont hack
someone plz help me
btw wat does aff means? i c ppl useing tht all the time and when i ask them they dont reply
