I got only one two "accidents" related to guns. One when our sargeant shot round 70 shots of an RPD in full auto. I picked up the gun and got badly burned, it was damn hot. The second one was when I broken my shoulder from extensive shooting with the SVD.

The only manly scar I have is from a sword that cut through the protection I was wearing and left me a nice three inch scare across my peck.

Guess the only thing that qualifies as a "manly" scar is on my pinky (Sad, I know). I built a really strong crossbow when I was 8 and almost blew my finger off. Thing could fire 40 ft and tear through walls >.>

Oh and my shins are full of scars from kicking trees. Does that count?
