hacker detection program?
is there such thing as a hacker detection program? someone in my clan told me she has one, but coincidentally she doesn't know the name of it since her husband (who is coincidentally in the army and she can't contact him) downloaded it 8 months ago and didn't tell her what it was.
The person in my clan's name is [LG]V-Nation and frankly I think she is lying, she says that the program detects any hacks another player uses or glitches they're in (which i REALLY doubt). She says that a red box appears on her screen and the name of whichever hack/glitch the hacker/glitcher is using appears in the red box.
So is there such a thing as a hacker detection program, and is she lying?

Z8games is able to detect all hacks and will issue auto 7 day bans.

are you sure that ONLY z8games has it? If someone from z8games sent it to a player they knew, could that player use it? and by z8games do you mean Game Moderators?
the person in my clan told me that her husband bugged some GMs to give it to him until they did, could that be possible?
and what about the glitchers? does the z8games hacker detection program detect those? because according to the person in my clan, the one she has does.
last question, does what i described to you in my first post sound anything like the program z8games uses? if it does than perhaps it IS the same one and a GM actually gave it to her husband
i would prefer [MOD]DDoTt answer my questions, or another MOD. I need to know that the replier knows what he/she is talking about, and normally MODS do :P -

This whole thought process in this thread is incorrect.
The detection process is not a little red box on the screen that lights up when someone is hacking. That itself sounds like some sort of third party program that probably has nothing to do with hacking, nor can it actually detect whether or not a player is hacking.
That would involve some sort of process of connection with the game that would likely be against the Terms of Use you legally agree to when you sign up to play the game.
We have detection processes that are built into the game (now) that detect illegal code changes and plenty of other things going on. We don't want to explain everything because that would give advantages to the hackers themselves.
Suffice to say that based on the numbers, these processes within the game are working as intended. We are seeing a reduction in the number of people who hack. And then as the Game, Xtrap and HGW update over time we reduce the total number of hacks that actually WORK.
No Z8Games employee has given a program to someone to play CF legitimately. If this is the case, I would report such incidents as they are likely scammers or impersonators.
As a safety precaution, this program your clanmate has sounds like it could be related to a keylogger. In which case the security of the computer could be at risk.
As always, you can continue to report hackers and we continue to take full action against as many hackers as possible. We also track new hacks coming in to the game and send those to the appropriate people.
Lastly, to address Glitching. Glitching has been reduced over time thanks to many efforts from the community. We realize there are still plenty of map glitches and bugs in the game. And we have a laundry list of map glitches that get fixed over time. While glitching is going to be a part of the game because of the way the engine works, we can discourage glitching by making zones deadly for players who perform these tasks. AND take action against those accounts we find guilty of such actions.
Glitching can earn a ban anywhere from 3 days to permanent. Depending on severity, past history etc.
There is definitely something not right with this situation. And we definitely did not have any part of any program that lights up red dots on a computer when someone is hacking. So I would be cautious and not use these kinds of programs. I would also make sure to clean my computer of viruses and malware. And take the proper precautions for your account by changing the PW and other important information. -

bull crap
first off, yes u can detect a hacker in game with some certain systems, its true. I know this because I can do it in kuma war, and yes that is a multilayer game with hackers. Plus, the whole haker reductions are seen is total bull. I have seen a triple in the amount of hackers, so yeah saidan reduce ur survey.
