Custom Support doesn't work?
Pfft...yeah right. This is just proof for those who say the support group doesn't help at all.
They responded in 3 days which was really fast compared to the last time which took 2 weeks!
For those who think I'm an idiot for returning the AK47-Gold, well fawk UUUUUUUUUUUU. There's nothing different about it. Silver is the exact same thing besides the yellow skin and ammo.

They can do everything but they must have a good enough reason to do it like "hey give me 100 million zp because I said so" <---good reason :cool:

Dont really know but that's what some mods told me...that you only have a 48 hour period. I guess its so you can test the gun and see if you like it. -
Ok what the **** is this? I had to wait a month to get my ak silver refunded on my alternate account and I am still waiting to get my m4 custom refunded so I can get a psg and you get your gold refunded in less than a day? ****.
Took 3 days...
Send them another support ticket and maybe they'll speed it up. -
Yes I know, it was a typo. Sorry :[. By the way, the support team never follows the refund policy! It is pretty funny, because when they refunded my ak they forgot to take back the ak itself so I got a free ak. Also they will refund anything, contrary to popular belief and the refund policy [GM] Saiden has set.

wdf srsly... i just got an ak silver yesterday. i want it for free o.0 but i think that u were just lucky they forgot to take it away after the refund -

the only "special" gun I have is silver AK..... And I only use it for GM, nothing else
