MOPAY problem

OK yesterday i wanted to buy some zp (first time :P ) so i gone to shop bought 5 pounds voucher and gone home,



i went

then on step 3 the blue bar gone just up to middle,and stoped... after 30 minutes nothing changed and i dont know my 5 pounds gone.I feel like i gave 5 pounds to charity
pls help me and say what did i done wrong,and what i have to do next time to not do the same problem
